Since our cookies are baked fresh and made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges (because let’s face it, no one wants secondhand cookies). But don’t worry—we’ll always make it right if something’s not up to scratch.

We’ll issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged Delivery? If your cookies show up looking less than perfect, let us know within 24 hours with a photo of the damage.

  • Change of Mind: Once the cookies are baked, they’re yours to love—or share (if you’re feeling generous).

  • Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address: Double-check your details before placing your order! We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address.

  • Late Deliveries by Couriers: We’ll bake and pack your cookies with care, but delays caused by couriers are out of our hands.
