• All orders must be placed through our website.

• Payments are processed securely via Square. We do not store payment information.

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

• If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best, but changes may not be guaranteed once baking has begun.

 

3. Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver across Melbourne for a flat rate of $9.99 or free for orders over $80.

• Deliveries are made within 1–4 business days unless otherwise specified.

• Need a specific delivery date? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If we can’t meet your request, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incomplete/incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

4. Refunds and Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.

• Refunds are issued only in cases of incorrect or damaged orders. Proof of issue, such as photos, may be required.
