We deliver to Melbourne’s south-east, inner north, and inner west. Not sure if you’re in the zone? Contact us, and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen!

 

Delivery Fees

• Flat Rate: $9.99 per delivery.

• Free Delivery: Spend $80 or more, and delivery’s on us.

 

Delivery Times

Our cookies are baked fresh and delivered at these times:

• Friday: 6 PM – 9 PM

• Saturday: 10 AM – 9 PM

• Sunday: 10 AM – 9 PM

Need them outside these times? Urgent delivery options are available—just get in touch, and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Got a special date or time in mind? Contact us before ordering, and we’ll try our best to accommodate. If we can’t, we’ll let you know ASAP so you can plan accordingly.

We believe more cookies = more joy, so we’ve baked in some sweet savings for larger orders:

• 6 Cookies for $31.50 – 30% off per cookie!

• 12 Cookies for $54.00 – 40% off per cookie!

 

Handling and Packaging

Your cookies are baked fresh and wrapped in cellophane and packed in padded boxes to keep them gooey and perfect until they reach you.

 

Delivery Issues

• Wrong Address? Double-check your details at checkout—we’re not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

• Not Home? Let us know if someone else can accept your cookies, or we may need to charge for a re-delivery.

• Damaged Orders? Contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll sort it out.
